Genevieve is a classic French trained chef, certified from the French Culinary Institute in NYC, and plant-based trained chef, certified from Matthew Kenney Culinary.

She is a certified holistic health coach having received her nutrition training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she was trained in more than 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.

She combines her culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition to create synergy with high frequency foods that nourish the body and feed the soul. 

Her passion stems from her own journey to healing herself from irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, and leaky gut. She specializes in working with clients suffering from celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. Her expertise roots from her own healing journey since having been diagnosed with the condition 5 years ago.

With her clients, she explores the wholeness of mind, body, and spirit while committing to growth and transformation. She inspires and supports them to activate their body's innate ability to heal itself by using food as medicine and achieving vibrant, boundless energy.
