Kathleen Booker

Kathleen Booker, The Jedi of Calm™, Breathing Technician, is an effervescent native New Yorker and her energy, smile and joy are infectious. She has the inherent genuine gift to invite people to live life more vibrantly and empowered through the power of their own breath. For over 15 years, Kathleen has used her intuitive, motivating, coaching and teaching skills to support individuals in clearly identifying areas in need of growth, healing, and clarity. Kathleen’s instinctive sense of what will motivate and empower her clients is the impetus for their meteoric transformation. One of Kathleen’s tools for keeping the sun shining is breathwork and she knows first-hand its power to heal on a mental, physical, spiritual and emotional level. Kathleen’s inspirational coaching skills bring forth the crucial elements of clarity, focus, and goal achievement for her clients.

 

Malaika Brooks-Smith-Lowe

Malaika Brooks-Smith-Lowe is a 500hr Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga, birth doula and community organizer. She is co-founder and Managing Instructor of Spice Harmony Yoga Studio in Grenada. Malaika is also a visual artist whose photography, film and mixed-media work has been exhibited internationally. At the heart of her work in the creative and healing arts is an understanding that individual transformation is deeply connected to collective change and social justice.

 

Genevieve Germain

Genevieve is a classic French and plant-based trained chef and certified holistic health coach. She received her nutrition training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she was trained in more than 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. She combines her knowledge of food and health to create synergy with high-frequency foods that nourish the body and feed the soul. Her passion stems from her own journey to healing herself from irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue, and depression.

With clients, she explores the wholeness of mind, body, and spirit while committing to growth and transformation. She inspires them to activate the body’s innate ability to heal itself by using food as medicine and achieve vibrant, boundless energy.
